The natural color of titanium is a cool silver-gray. Its tone is comparable to platinum or stainless steel, but with a slightly darker complexion. Titanium does not match silver or white gold, which are lighter in color. |

High Polish Finish is the brightest, most reflective finish available in titanium. Recommended for narrow, ladies' rings. Satin Finish has a soft brushed, lustrous appearance and is recommended for men's rings and rings with anodized colors. This finish offers the best contrast with metal inlays and anodized colors. Matte Finish has a soft, semi-reflective appearance and brings out titanium's raw metallic silver-gray tone. |

Titanium, like all jewelry metals, will acquire surface scratches or scuffs through everyday wear. Scratches will be particularly evident in new ring, but as the ring is worn it develop a natural, even satin patina over the entire surface. This occurs in platinum and gold rings as well. |
