Cascadia Design Studio can ship to the following countries. We use Borderlinx.com exclusively for delivery and you will need to have an account with them before placing your ring order.

Borderlinx, using international carrier DHL, simplifies the complex handling, duties and customs requirements for exporting our titanium rings and other goods.
Please create your Borderlinx account before placing your ring order. You will use your unique Borderlinx US address as the shipping address on your ring order.
Borderlinx gives you a unique U.S. mailing address and we mail your ring locally to that address. Borderlinx then forwards your ring to your home or work address via DHL for fast and reliable delivery. Track your package and delivery status by logging into your Borderlinx account.
You pay Cascadia Design for your titanium ring and local mailing to your Borderlinx US address, and Borderlinx for international forwarding delivery and taxes.
The Borderlinx web site will give you an instant shipping quotation (including duty, taxes and delivery) before you buy.
The advantage of Borderlinx is that you can see the total duties, taxes and delivery charges due, in your local currency, before you purchase your ring. Plus you can easily consolidate goods purchased from other on-line U.S. retailers into a single, cost effective shipment. The more items shipped together, the cheaper per kilogram the service becomes.
You can even add the names of family and friends to your account, allowing them to order goods from multiple U.S. retailers to be delivered to the same home or work address.
Note that the combined value of all rings in a single shipment must be under $250 U.S. (not included shipping, duties and taxes). Rings must be all titanium. We cannot ship titanium rings containing silver, gold or platinum inlays, or stones outside the US.

Payment to Cascadia Design Studio must be made via PayPal. Non-US credit cards cannot be processed by our credit card processor. PayPal e-Checks are not accepted.

We ship locally to Borderlinx.com in the U.S. only. Sorry, no direct customer shipments. Enter your unique Borderlinx U.S. address as the shipping address on our order page, and select Priority Mail for shipping.
Local and international shipping costs, taxes and duty are non-refundable.
Shipment Tracking, Lost Shipments, and Undeliverable Shipments
Local delivery to Borderlinx in the U.S. is via Priority Mail, sent with a unique Delivery Confirmation bar code that is scanned by the postal carrier upon delivery to Borderlinx. The delivery date and location is then posted in the tracking section at www.usps.com. Cascadia Design Studio is not responsible for loss of packages after the USPS postal carrier confirms delivery to Borderlinx.
Packages that are undeliverable for any reason (wrong address, delivery not accepted, adult not available to sign for package, etc) are not eligible for refund. Packages returned to Cascadia Design Studio as undeliverable can be re-shipped, if requested, at customer expense.
Return Shipping to Cascadia Design Studio
Customer will be responsible for proper packaging, shipping costs, plus insurance and customs related charges to return a ring for any reason. Customer assumes risks for loss or damage of contents while in transit to Cascadia Design Studio.
Exchanged, re-sized or re-worked rings sent by Cascadia Design Studio will ship via Borderlinx at customer expense.
