U.S. Shipping Options
Typically I complete your ring in 10 to 12 days. Standard and Rush Production options, bundled with delivery methods within the US, are available during checkout:

*FedEx will not deliver to PO, APO or FPO boxes, nor deliver on non-business days.
*I send all FedEx packages with "adult Signature Required" (21+ years with photo identification.)
** FedEx does not offer Overnight Delivery to all Zip Codes. Check with FedEx before selecting Overnight Delivery if you are in a rural area.
Credit Cards and Shipping Addresses
A request to ship to an address that is not the credit card billing address requires additional verification. Please contact your card company (look for a toll free number on the card) and add the desired ship address to your account.
Shipment Tracking / Lost Shipments
Priority Mail is sent with a unique Tracking / Delivery Confirmation bar code that is scanned by your postal carrier upon delivery. The delivery date and delivery location is then posted at www.usps.com. Cascadia Design Studio is not responsible for loss of packages after the USPS postal carrier confirms delivery on their tracking web site.
If you do not have a locking mailbox, or require complete tracking from shipment to arrival, I recommend you upgrade shipping to FedEx for added security and tracking.
For protection against loss, and for proof of delivery, I send all FedEx packages with "signature required". Cascadia Design Studio is not responsible for loss of packages after FedEx confirms delivery.
Packages that are undeliverable for any reason (wrong address provided, delivery not accepted, adult not available to sign for package, etc) are not eligible for refund. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs incurred by Cascadia Design Studio.
Packages returned to Cascadia Design Studio as undeliverable can be re-shipped, if requested, at customer expense. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs incurred by Cascadia Design Studio.
If you have specified a freight forwarder as the Ship-to address on your order, the following terms will apply: Payment must be made in advance via Western Union if the ring is shipping to a freight forwarder other than Borderlinx. Cascadia Design Studio is not responsible for damage or loss that occurs to rings after they are delivered to a freight forwarder. This means that Cascadia Design Studio is not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any rings delivered to a freight forwarder. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged. Rings lost after delivery to the freight forwarder will be your responsibility. All packages from Cascadia Design Studio are sent with tracking for proof of delivery to the order's Ship-to address. You (or the freight forwarder if you so designate) become the exporter of the goods and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country.
Customer will be responsible for proper packaging, and shipping plus insurance charges to return a ring to Cascadia Design Studio. Customer assumes risks for loss or damage of contents while in transit to Cascadia Design Studio.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to their address. Exchanged or re-worked rings sent by Cascadia Design Studio are mailed within the US via Priority Mail with Tracking / Delivery Confirmation. Customers outside the US must use their Borderlinx account and I will mail to their US Borderlinx address at customer expense.
